If a repair is needed, they send one of their contractors out right away, and their contractors know what they are doing so the repair is done correctly and promptly. They make renting pleasurable. Long, professional, rewarding relationship! Cooper Brown managed my rental property for over 20 years. This team has a sense of urgency, and professionalism that is hard to find in a property management company. I can't recall having a vacancy last even a month as they were able to find tenants quickly with a reliable payment history. When maintenance issues arose they were quick to notify me, present solutions, and hire the right individuals to resolve the issue. They are well versed in household repairs so they are able to keep the cost down and vendors accountable. They also kept the tenants happy throughout the repair process as well. I was fortunate to have this team work for me and would hire them again without hesitation. David, Steve, Nicholas, Jason and team did and continue to do an incredible job.
