I had to make a correction to my first review. I went from 4 to 5 star (not sure if it changed), I added a star because I had Promise Roofing come out to my house and fix some leak issues as well. Assuming everything would run as smooth as our office install. Production had some hiccups in actually receiving my order and scheduling it (it was a minor mix-up in the office, because I was the same customer on two jobs). No problem as I kind of confused the process (so I amended my review, due to my fault), by going through the field team rather than the office staff. The install on the home, couldnt make it out until a week later due to mix up (I do take blame). The field staff showed up (a few minutes late), but did communicate that. The roof leaks were fixed, and they even repaired a gutter that was pitched wrong and had been overflowing (good catch). Thanks Promise Roofing!

Best experience! From scheduling to building! Promise Roofing was so easy to work with AND reasonably priced! Ben gave me a clear estimate and started working that week! I couldnt believe how quickly the work was completed. They also did an impeccable job cleaning up each day. They had to coordinate with our facility manager and we were on a timed schedule and they worked it all out on a reduced time due to workers at our plant. Thanks and will reach again if we need anything.

Promise is a very professional, experienced, and are knowledgeable experts in the roofing industry. Providing real solutions to real and unforeseen roofing needs.
