        I paid $36 for 2 day shipping on 12/24, they told me it was guaranteed by tues EOD (12/28) now they are saying it won be there till Wednesday 12/29 9pm. When I asked for my money back I was told that 2 day shipping is not guaranteed to be there in 2 days (or 5 in this case) even though I was told in the store it was guaranteed. Can someone please explain why we pay extra $$ to ship 2 day or overnight if the packages cannot arrive on time? And why would we not be entitled to a refund if the service we paid extra for cannot be delivered?

        Super nice staff. Helped me bring in a large package to ship by coming out to my vehicle with a dolly and loaded it up without my having to lift a finger. Great service with a smile ☺

        I’m an artist and I go to this UPS at least twice a week. Even if I lived all the way across town I think I would still drive to this UPS location. The employees here are so wonderful, they all remember their customers, which just proves that they really care!! They’re so reliable and helpful when it comes to shipping advice and packaging my items (Renee and James are always so fun to work with). Coming to this UPS location makes living in a big city feel small, and I absolutely love it! Makes the shipping errands a lot more pleasant.

        Terrible and slow customer service. The male staff are rude and there’s always a huge line in the store. Would recommend other UPS stores in the neighborhood
