Ive trained with Master Chau Truong for 10+ years and have made national Team USA under his guidance. I highly admire that he is a certified Physical Therapist who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training the body. If youre looking for a fun hobby or for a coach to get you through the competition mats, this would be the place to go! 100/10 would recommend!

I have trained with Master Truong for many years, he is a world class competitor himself and I have watched him train many students into National and international prominence. He is great with the young people fostering discipline and respect, and works with adults to custom tailor effective training, his classes are always lively and interesting.
