U-Haul Moving & Storage at Broad St

Charged for gas even though I refilled it. Seems to be a common issue at this location based on reviews. Management should do better.

This is only the second time Ive felt compelled to take the time to review a service, but my time here turned what has historically been for me a dreadful experience (moving in general) into something less dreadful. You all went above and beyond and legitimately provided excellent customer service. To be frank, it actually caught me off guard because I either never meet U-Haul people or theyre short or our interactions are nonexistent. Like I said I typically never pay attention to these kinds of surveys but I genuinely appreciated yall helping me out today and yesterday. Would recommend 10/10

I made a reservation for a pick up truck & tow dolly from this location. When I arrived I stood inside of the empty building for 5 minutes before anyone came to assist me. Then the general manager Felicia had a terrible attitude! Like she didnt want to work with me or anyone honestly. Told me I couldn't rent a pick up &trailer from same location & that they could not rent anything with a debit card. I went to uhaul location on Gordon highway & they were super friendly. Made the process quick and easy. I was able to rent a truck & toe dolly from the same location & they allowed me to use my debit card!! Would recommend anyone needing to rent uhaul, go to Gordon highway!! You won't regret it!

Worst place to rent a Uhaul from and very bad customer service for Felicia and Kevin are the worst people in the company will not hear you out if you say the gas was wrong they will still over charge you do not rent from here they even said they would rent a truck out if it is on empty worst customer service and will treat you differently if you are black
