        Cracked a tooth at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and was desperate to find a dental office who had after hours services. The closest location open that weekend was an hour away, but I made the drive. Got down there and after X-rays, an evaluation and meeting with the doctor, I was informed the soonest they could schedule me to have anything done would be July (3 months away). Apparently, this was just a consultation, which would have been good to know and I would not have wasted 4 hours. Seeing my regular dentist Monday morning; I would highly NOT recommend Aspen Dental.

        Dr. Campbell was professional and quite the "artiste". H e replaced a filling in front of my mouth and It looked better than the original filling..

        The only unfortunate part of this experience was that the scheduling center scheduled me into a time a lot that was not available. I was able to reschedule for later the same day, and luckily I live 5 minutes from the facility, so it wasnt a total loss. Once I actually got in there, everything went very smoothly, and the customer service aspect was excellent. I like that they are able to do so many different services on site without having to farm you out to other specialists. Ultimately, I look forward to many years of having Aspen Dental being my provider.

        Honestly, the worst. I remember having an appt at 8am last year and was so surprised there were 5 of us booked on the same time, yes at 8AM. They all sent us home saying there was a glitch in their system that booked all of us in one slot. I was so pissed knowing I had to move some appointments to have that. I called days after that and eventually got an appointment for 9/28/23. After my procedure, they set me up for an appt after 6months for cleaning. They put me for April 3. Today, when I called to confirm my appointment, they said it was canceled. Just horrible. Also btw I have 86$ credit bc I made a payment plan supposedly for my next visit which today but theyre saying I dont have credit in their system. What a horrible place. Please do not waste your time and money here.
