Took my dog for an emergency visit. Called ahead and luckily when we arrived, no one was there so she was able to be seen immediately. We were in and out within an hour. The staff and doctors were hospitable which I appreciated. I have come here for years and will continue to do so.

Personally do not appreciate being told by the professional that they do not know what is going on... and being asked if I "want to do" anything when it comes to the diagnosis of WHAT could be wrong, giving me the choice? When clearly there is something wrong. Currently booking another appt with someone else. Do not recommend for emergency needs. UpDate: knowing full well i have booked an appointment elsewhere, copps me into coming in under pretense that they will "take care of it. " means they will bring me BACK with a "complimentary consultation" that they did wrong the first time, then turn around and try to charge me 171 for medicine thats 20 bucks at krogerWITH the script that they GIVE you. Such a con. They are not here to help you, they are here to take your money. Comes down from management. They never gave me concrete guidance for the care of my pet. They left it ALL up to me to decide how "i WANT" to be provided care, to provide care for my dog. If I knew that was going to be the case at 1am I would have waited till the morning to go to my regular vet. Do not come here for quick help, this is not a place to bring an animal in need. Btw 210 bucks for fluids and to be told that "I don't know what to do"

I can't express enough how much this place means to me! I have had to do back surgery on one of my dogs TWICE. Dr. Curcio did a phenomenal job and i can tell he really cares about his patients. My other dummy of a dog ate a corn cob and Dr curcio had to do surgery on him as well. The quick action of all the techs and emergency doctors getting them in as quickly as they can really meant a lot . I know there is HUGE staffing shortage in this field and yall do the absolute best you can with who you have and I just want to say how much I appreciate everyone there and yall are doing a great job. wether I wait 1 hour or 4 hours I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know If I wait for a long time, i aint complaining my dog isn't the critical one in the back and I'm thankful for that.

Had an emergency with our senior dog who had some complications with surgery performed by her regular vet whom I must mention is amazing and at no fault, situations such as this sometimes will happen. Our girl was bleeding large amounts at the sight of surgery last night and of course we went into panic mode. When we arrived at this facility 10 pm or so, a tech came out to greet us, was very kind and compassionate. She took our girl to the back and asked us to wait. It wasnt very long when we were called in to see Dr. Neff. She too was very caring and patient answering all questions, explained in detail what was going on and assured us everything was good, sutures in place well intact. Explained how our girl may have moved a certain way to cause the problem but not in any danger. She replaced compression bandage placed earlier by our vet and advised to do fol up with our vet which we already had appt scheduled from earlier visit. Thank you for giving our girl the best of care and insuring we were comfortable with care received before discharge!
