I feel like I live in a landfill. The issue with the trash is ongoing. The trash valet doesnt always come so theres garbage left in the breezeway all the time waiting to be picked up.We pay for this, too. If they do pick up, residents get fined if cans arent brought inside by 9am the next morning .The compactor is being replaced now,but every weekend theres trash overflowing. Its absolutely gross

Love the events that they put on for the residents. Sarah in the office is also extremely nice I believe shes the property manager. Her presence and kindness was definitely appreciated at the Pajama wine down

I'm currently in the middle of terminating my lease 6 months early due to my issues. At the time of writing this i have been a resident between July 2022 and February 2024. The trash valet service has been awful. we pay $25 a month for a 3rtd party company to pick up our trash at the door. The problem is they are very hit or miss. when the company does not pick up the trash it sits out side for 24 hours till the next round and stinks up the breezeway. If we have to take our own trash to the compactor its a long walk from building 7 with heavy trash bags. On top of that the compactor is not emptied enough and trash piles up outside on the sidewalk every weekend. The Grills during the summer months were out of gas. When i opened a maintenance request for it it was closed with a "we are working on it" message. Two months later we received a notice that the grills were refilled. We went 3 months in the middle of the summer without being able to grill out. a few residents resorted to bringing a charcoal grill to the pool. The pool is a problem. there are 5 gates to the pool and 3 of the 5 do not require a key. You can just pull the latch open. The pool has 20+ people there on the weekends and the pool is on the small side. Traffic is a mess. There are very few stop signs on the property and creates some weird interactions with drivers not sure who has right of way. Then you have the only entry/exit on the property. Its near impossible to turn left out of the complex between 5 pm and 7 pm. There are two alternate entrances that lead to a red light but both alternates are blocked off with a metal gate anyone can walk around. The one bring spot is the maintenance team. They are always very friendly when you see them around the complex. the lead times on the maintenance requests is very low. Most of the time the requests are completed same day. If you move here they only replace air filters once a year so you will have to file a request to change the filter once every 3 to 6 months.
