    Fast and friendly! Initial ETA was 30 days due to a possibility of back ordered parts HOWEVER it was done in 2 weeks! Looks great and couldnt be happier! Highly recommend

    Had accident in April. Car still is not repaired completely in November. State Farm Insurance has Classic Collision on preferred list. Should have stuck with taking to dealership. My issue with Classic Collision of Sugar Hill was a wiring problem on inside of car. Apparently this was not there expertise but yet they quoted it. Car should have gone to someone that knew what they were doing. Communication was horrible with Classic. Several messages left with no return calls during course of repair. Had to physically go to shop to get any information. Lights are not working on inside of car to this day going back and forth with insurance-8 months later. Thank you Classic for costing me money out of pocket plus issue still on going. Bad experience all the way around from customer service to repair. Will never use again.

    Just the scheduling process is enough to make you run away. I went online, picked a date/time that was available and after 15 minutes I received a call that it was cancelled. I called, VM is full. I clicked the link on the text they sent, reschuduled and asked Classic several times are we sure we are good. Yes, appointment confirmed. I asked again, are you sure because the last time it was cancelled. Well, 3 hours later it was cancelled again. If this place cant even get your appointments scheduled that is usually a sign of what is yet to come.
