I attempted several times to make an appointment for an estimate. Finally after getting transferred around, I was placed on a 20min hold and the call was dropped. I called back several times and the person keeps picking up the phone and dropping my calls.

Avoid at all cost if you are a Tesla owner - and I'm reaching to Tesla Corporate to see why this place can be certified if the service is this bad. It is THAT bad.
Extremely long wait time due to human errors, not even just availability of parts. The person supposed to reach out when there is availability to bring the car in, never did, so I proactively reached out to bring the car in.
During the repair, you could never reach out to the responsible person. She's either sick or not in office. No one else knows what's going on. The whole repair is supposed to be only 2-3 weeks, but after the car is there for 2 weeks, I reached out, only to realized they did absolutely nothing to the car, not even to open and check on the issue or contacting insurance, because "I'm swamped".
Here is the worst part, ever since the repair, the car's front sensor doesn't work 50% of time (think there is an object in front of it), glove box get opened with slight bump, and the front trunk cannot open half the time, let alone glues left on the shield, imperfect paint etc.
They also replaced 4 tires. And when I pick up the car, the car gives warning about extremely low pressure. They ensured me the warning will go away and they have pumped the gas into the tire. Guess what, they only put gas in 1 tire, it was indeed low pressure. I could've really damaged the car if I listened to them.
I would rather not have repaired the car. It literally came back worse than prior to repair. The car used to have a minor dent, but fully functional, now it has un-usable front trunk, beeping sensor all the time, a hanging glove box.
It shall be their warranty work, but the body shop just say "take your car to Tesla". Oh please. Can you be more rude than that?
