Got an oil change, which took over half a hour. The waiting room is nice, the staff were extremely welcoming both on phone/in person. Definitely be coming here again!

The entire team was great to work with and made sure the repair was done right and that I understood what had caused the problem in the first place. Superb experience from the moment I scheduled the appointment until I drove away. I took my Audi A4 to Lins Automotive for routine oil change, tire rotation, and balancing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Farick and Michael. I settled in to wait while they worked on my car. The seats in the waiting area are reclining, an extra feature in case you want to "rest." In my case, I continued working on my computer. There's also a coffee and water station available.
Later, I was informed that balancing wasn't necessary but alignment was, and I gave them the green light to proceed. They accidentally did the balancing as well, but didn't charge me for it. Another woman and I were waiting in the waiting room, and kindly around lunchtime, Michael asked if we needed anything to eat as one of them was going for lunch and could bring us something if we wanted. It caught me by surprise, but I thought, wow, they're going the extra mile. We both thanked them but didn't request food. I received valuable information from Michael regarding the care of my car. The prices are competitive, and the customer service they offer is something rare to find at a car dealer. I've never been treated with such attention at an Audi dealership. I know I'll return for the next service, and my car, wallet, and I will be happy.
