        I would like to bring to everyone's attention the following CONSTRUCTION problem. The low height of the fence on the terrace at Sugar Hill area near City Hall and restaurants poses a significant safety risk, considering the terrace's height of 15-20 ft. Today, I witnessed children climbing on the fence, which took them only 2 seconds. This situation could have resulted in a serious accident. Thankfully, their parents noticed them quickly. It is crucial that the administration addresses this issue by considering the installation of a higher fence in that specific area to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
