After a scheduling mixup with our internet service provider during a change of locations, we called CBN Technologies. Robier came to our aid, provided a solution, and saved our business - as our ISP did not show up for 40 days after their missed appointment. Since that day, we've trusted CBN for all of our IT needs, and we've never been without the prompt and efficient IT services our business needs to thrive.

CBN Technologies has saved me from a nervous breakdown several times. I love using local companies, and this one is just down the street from me, but I would use them even if they were on the other side of Atlanta. The owner, Robier, has even made "emergency" house calls when I was having major computer issues. His expertise, combined with his calm demeanor, helps calm me down in the toughest of situations. CBN Technologies is my immediate go to when it comes to any issues I have with my computer. My company, Common Cents Bookkeeping, Inc, uses him whenever a problem arises and we refer all of our clients to CBN Technologies. The owner, Robier, has gone out of his way to accommodate emergency situations for myself and clients. His knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix problems in a timely manner is superb. The icing on the cake is that the cost of CBN Technologies services are beyond reasonable. I highly recommend!

CBN Technologies (Robier and his team) is hands down the best IT Service Provider around. They are quick to respond to every request and service call. As a very busy law firm administrator, it is a relief when one phone delivers immediate and positive results. The CBN Team listens to the issue and works hard to find and deliver the best solution. (I dont speak "IT Language", so it's really nice to have the IT expert exercise patience when diagnosing our systems issues.) CBN is knowledgeable, trustworthy, embodies high standards, and provides excellent customer service with great integrity at a reasonable price. Bottomline...As a small business we cannot afford the luxury of employing a full-time IT department... thanks to CBN we don't have to. We get the full benefit of their expertise through one simple contract. For that, we are more than grateful.
