Service here is not good. Usually hard to find a sales person for help. They encourage you to sign up for their Ulta rewards program but never use the accumulated points or coupons they have in their flyer.

Came in to purchase some stuff for my wife. Greeted me on the way in and asked if I needed assistance (I did), they seemed a little frazzled but let me know they had just reopened after a computer issue, so check out was slow. Real nice lady though, even gave me a coupon and thanked me for being patience. She apologized a ton but I wasn't in a hurry. Noticed when I got home she had thrown in a free gift for my wife.

I have been going here forever. But yesterday I had Mandy help me and she was AMAZING. I have done the same basic face makeup for the past 10 years since I was in middle school. She taught me and showed me some really easy ways to boost up my face where I wasn't overwhelmed with all this extra product. Tried all the combinations for the first time today and WOW, I haven't had makeup match this well on me in YEARS!! Thank you Mandy!

I see why this place has 3 stars! My star is a 1. No one greets you as you walk in. Items are always out of stock. Only 2 cashiers are working & the line is wrapped. The store opens late because of inventory. The store opens late because of the registers are down. All this is unacceptable. I placed a pick up order & when I got home my order is incorrect. I tried to replace the item but the door is locked once again because the registers are down. Ulta in snellville is much better. I'll drive the distance to get better service & products.

I just love this store! Specifically because of one employee, Tamara. She is always so helpful, is the first to ask me if I need help, and shes incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. This girl deserves a raise! I will keep coming back to this location because of Talara and her amazing customer service.
