I have been having sessions off and on for a year now and I absolutely love my results. I started off with my biggest problem area and that was my stomach. Its still a work in progress but thats only because I have had 3 sections. Tenisha brought me from a 32 inch waist to 27. I also started my bbl sessions recently and I am loving my results.
