It was my first time staying here, I would definitely come back and I recommend this place to all who needs a little CLEAN COMFORT away from home, the staff is very Accommodating and sweet as heck!
Rooms: Soooooo very clean and spacious.
Safety: On point and we were able to walk to the Mall,
Walkability: All shopping at your fingertips, just great.

Would have been 5 starts is not for the aggressive sales manager.
During check in I asked the receptionist to add my company info on the invoice, so she asked me to go around and check it on the computer screen! There he came with an aggressive attitude to say it is not allowed and addressed me as the person at fault... No sir, the lady asked me to come and have a look!!! Still he is not convinced, also after she told him the same. He only backed off when I became angry at that bad attitude and approach. Everything else was great, rooms clean and spacious, very spacious in fact, and the location is a few mins away from the Mall of Georgia.

The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. The location was convenient to what we had going on that weekend. Manager on duty was kind, helpful, and apologetic when our room wasnt done cleaning even though check in was at 3pm. If you have young active children, I recommend you dont stay here. The walls and floors are thin that the people under you will complain about it. You can hear the dog barking down the hallway, people running/walking in the room above and in the hallways and the doors near you shutting. Received a call 2 in the morning saying there were numerous complaints about us being loud but we were all dead asleep! Also got there at 3 pm to check in and was told our room wasnt ready. Waited an hour, still wasnt ready. Had to leave and come back around 6 or 7pm and room was finally ready.
Overall, our stay was okay. Manager was friendly and breakfast was good but wouldnt stay again.
