My mother has been sick and rallied on her birthday. I called the shop to confirm that the delivery could be made in the afternoon. I spoke with Tierra. I explained the situation. She asked for my mother's facility address. She told me she is one of the owners and that she would personally deliver the order. I learned that she delivered the cupcakes to my mother with staff accomanying her. She doesn't know us and went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday special.

Nadia was the best! It only took a few minutes to get everything I wanted and we could even try samples of the icecream. I will definitely be going back again! Kid-friendliness: Nadia was so kind to my son and let him have a free sample and I greatly appreciate that!
