We have purchased two new homes and refinanced one other time. This refinance with Fairway Mortgage was by far, the best experience we have had when it comes to real estate. Stress free! Troy and his staff were personable, professional, thorough and extremely efficient. Troy got us a great rate and was readily available to answer any questions we had at anytime. Everything was completed online, even part of the closing. We met Troy at the attorneys office and signed the remaining documents in under three minutes!!! Thank you Troy and thank you to your staff and everyone involved. What a great experience!
