Such professionalism is shown here! I was able to make an appointment for family photos online, with ease. Later, I was able to call the studio to confirm my appointment and go over other details prior to my "sitting" time with Mina. We had a party of 9, and we were treated with great courtesy. Everything was timely. We spent approximately 1 hour, from start to end, and we were able to walk out with a nice selection of photos. They offer digital and/or physical prints that can be shipped to your home for an additional, minimal fee. JCPENNEY portrait studios honors military service persons and veterans by providing free sitting fees [$100+ value] and free shipping for prints. This was certainly an added bonus and reason our family will continue to support this business.

I visited this location today for portraits with my dog and the staff was so accommodating and friendly!

We got there early but still waited 30 min after appointment time. So about a 45 min wait after check in. But the photographer was very energetic and made us feel very confident and comfortable! Reasonable pricing after using coupons from the website. It was easy to book, went online the night before
