    Dear Mark, (The Manger) I appreciate you allowing me to get a pizza before closing. Unfortunately, I dont appreciate receiving a pizza that looks tampered with. Where is the crust on 3/8 of the pie? You be the judge? Does this look like a pizza that a tampered with? I will be returning tomorrow to requesting a refund.

    Did their portion size change? I ordered 2 cheesy breads and this what they looked like. This is not what it used to be.

    The pizza was delicious! Definitely better than the other pizza chains. The price is affordable, family friendly, plenty of toppings to choose from. I would love to see them add more toppings for the salads.

    I waited for a resolution before I left a review but the restaurant is refusing to address the issue. My mind is actually blown at what they did and how theyre acting. I ordered pick up yesterday for lunch, I walked in to grab my pizzas with my 3 children. The employee Alan started to yell at me to not make a mess. He was incredibly disrespectful and loud. I asked him not to yell at me and he only continued to yell. The manager or shift leader Vicky completely ignored what was going on, she did not address the employee or the situation. The entire restaurant was staring yet Vicky would not even look in my direction. I kept asking for the manager and Alan would not tell me until I asked multiple times. I then stood and waited for Vicky to acknowledge me, she would not. I had to get in line to order for her to actually acknowledge me, I asked if I could speak with her. When I did, all she said was there was nothing she could do. She did nothing. My children were asking why the man was yelling at me. Alan continued to walk past me and mutter obscenities and cuss words then angerly say things in a different language all as I was waiting for the manager. He then started to yell about me very loudly to another employee. Vicky simply did nothing and did not care to make things right. My husband and I both left formal complaints online and have not received a response. I called the store today to ask for the general manager without announcing who I was. I could hear that Vicky had answered the phone. When I asked when the GM would be in, she rudely said umm why? I said so that I can speak with them. She then told me he wasnt there today. So I asked when hed be in and she said she didnt know. She did not try to find out or reassure that I could speak with them, or take my number. I repeated that he was not there and they didnt know when hed be there, and Vicky responded saying he actually WAS there but was not in the building. So I said, hes there but hes not there? Then she just said yeah and I dont know when hell be here. So I have been blown off, an employee yelled at me in front of my children and this shift leader has done nothing. Apparently I cant speak to the manager either. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. I used to work in this industry when I was younger and yelling at a customer especially in front of small children was absolutely unacceptable. Should still be, but apparently at Blaze its accepted and allowed with absolutely no need to even address. And when I try to speak with someone, Im not allowed to and given the run around. I will never give this place my business again knowing how they treat their customers and with zero problem resolution. The behavior thats allowed to ensue in front of small children is absolutely not a place I would recommend bringing your family. To add to this, historically I have ran into several young employees with bad attitudes when dining here. Its ridiculous.
