        Shutoff valve was not working properly. Tech replaced the valve and a tank seal ring (total cost of parts @ $30 on Amazon) in about 45 minutes. I received a bill for $275 with no itemization. When I requested itemization I was told $50 for parts, $150 for labor, $75 for showing up. When I asked to have the show up fee applied to the actual work done, owner refused saying "we don't do many jobs that small". I was not advised of the $75 show up fee before authorizing the services or that I would be price gouged because my job was "small". Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Service: Plumbing leak detection
