Dr Farley is great! I love that from the time you walk in his office until you leave it is warm and welcoming. You can tell everyone loves their job.

Re: Broken leg & ankle requiring multiple surgeries with Dr. Farley - Foot & Ankle Specialists of NE GA. I received excellent care under Dr. Farley and his staff starting in July 2023. After shattering a few inches of my lower fibula and destroying my ankle, I immediately had my first surgery to plate & screw my fibula stable and to reset my ankle. I was on a strict rest-only order to allow the bone and torn ligaments in my ankle to heal. Over the next 6 months had routine visits for x-rays, casts, and finally a boot. The receptionists were always welcoming. My second surgery (Dec 2023) removed the double-bone stability screw and, luckily, I was also able to remove the plate at that time (slight foreign-body discomfort). I went back into a post-surgery splint then boot but was back to careful walking very quickly. On a doctor-patient note: Dr. Farley is very personable, helpful, and was always available if needed. He listened my concerns and addressed pain complaints (although I truly did not have anything out of the ordinary since I was able to adhere to the healing plan for my case). side note: Once I graduated to the boot, I learned that I also injured my knee during my original accident. Farley immediately referred me to a knee ortho (i.e. texted the other doc while I was still in the office so I could be seen asap which was great). Another bonus: If you require surgery at the neighboring hospital, all of the nurses love Farley! Not sure if that got me any extra good bedside care but I had decent visits each time! I can happily say that less than a year after my original injury, I feel great and have a normal walking stride. Aside from a pretty scar and my right ankle being slightly weaker for now, I would not even know I shattered it! Highly recommend his care. *photo of initial injury and 3 months post first surgery*

By far, Dr. Farley is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by! I wish his practice was broader than it is. My foot problem is minor but he addressed it in the best way. Great "bedside" manner, knowledgeable, caring, efficient! Office staff and others there were excellent as well!
