Staples Print & Marketing Services

My visit to Staples was absolutely wonderful and worthwhile. I interacted with three gentlemen including the Cashier, they were all courteous and seemed eager to assist. The store was very clean and the lighting was simply perfect. All products were perfectly arranged with great signs indicating where the items were, which made finding anything very facile. Shout out to Christian, who really took his time to help me create a banner.

Tried to recycle an older Lexmark C-935 but was told they cannot take it because they only take small household printers. This even though they were quite happy to sell it to me for $4,300 back in 2007. Incredibly poor service.

They printed blurry business cards for me and the dude asked if I still wanted it. I purchased it but when I went home and compared it to a previous card, it looked awful. I called and asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't help me with that. Don't use Staples if you want to get a clear business card printed. They couldn't care less..

Understaffed, no management or structure whatsoever. Had to wait 20+ minutes just to get someone to get my product off the shelf.. i had to call the number inside tge store to finally get the job done. Very disappointed and unprofessional
