Super loud train honking at 1:30am and at 5, 6am in residential areas, how is this company running? And how is this acceptable?!

I'm from a railroad family and this is a Good museum and a good Family out. Check online for special event. Near DULUTH & Suwanee/ NORFOLK RAILROAD RUNS THROUGH BUFORD BUT THE MUSEUM IS FARTHER SOUTH IN DULUTH!!!!

I recently moved to Buford a few months ago and have never experienced a railroad company quite as bad as this one. They have no regards to the people of the city around them, as they will stop for several hours at a time (record time since Ive moved is over 12 hours) , blocking sometimes miles worth of road and this happens on a daily basis. I live downtown and often get stuck or have to go out of my way to get home home, because I know the train will be there for hours. Other people that are unfamiliar with Buford begin to pile up the crossings with heavy traffic not understanding the train is done for the day. Ive tried to look past these several issues, but today there has been a train stopped for over 5 hours now, and the crossing near my house will not stop ringing loudly. It always stops sounding when the train stops, as have all the other crossing alarms nearby. When I called to report the problem, an uneducated, attitude ridden employee rushed me off the phone instead of trying to find a solution. She also could not give a reason for the questionably long stops. Im just hoping I dont have to hear this painfully loud noise at bedtime. Knowing Norfolk Southern, I will likely hear it much longer. Overall, a very inconsiderate and lazy company.
