Our gutters were replaced this week and Dougs team was on time, professional, courteous, knocked it out of the park AND left our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. McNail Brothers provides exceptional quality and customer service. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with the job that they have done. They are prompt and respond quickly when you are in need. They fixed an area of damaged roof caused by a satellite dish installation on my roof. Not only were they professional in the job that they did, they even cleaned my gutters out after they did the job. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of debris behind. I was extremely impressed with McNail Brothers Roofing for both my roof and my dads roof. They were responsive, understanding and professional during all our interactions. I have very high standards and McNail Brothers surpassed my expectations.
In my case, my new roof installation was complicated by solar panels that needed to be removed before the new roof could be installed. McNail Brothers made a point of calling my solar company to discuss the specifics of the solar components that needed to be addressed when replacing the roof (my solar contact made a point of telling me he was impressed with McNail Brothers level of interest and professionalism to install the roof properly around the solar components), as well as coming out on the day of the solar uninstall to discuss the issues with the guys doing the uninstall. After the roof was installed, they must have walked around my house at least 20 times to clean up all debris and then after that, one of the owners stopped by to inspect the roof and also walked around the house to make sure all nails and debris were picked up.
For my dads house, the roof was installed without a hitch, but I was glad when they pointed out some rotting wood in several places we hadnt noticed. We contracted with McNail Brothers to have their team come out and replace all those rotted wood boards (particularly around the chimney) with cement fiber boards. We now feel secure that the house is water-tight.
Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend McNail Brothers. Service: Roof installation
