      image Avoid Jackson Hewitt for filing your taxes at all costs! My first experience with them inside the Sardis Church Rd. Walmart was incredibly disappointing and left me extremely upset. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration. The customer service was abysmal, and I was overcharged with fees without even being asked. Despite reaching out to the manager Tanisha and district manager Danny several times, as suggested by the tax preparer, I received ZERO response. Jackson Hewitts service was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never return. Poor customer service all around; the worst experience ever!
