Thanks for doing such a great job removing my 10+ trees! All the guys were so kind and friendly! Randy was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend them!

R&R tree service was doing work on my neighbors property and found it in there best interest to use my yard to access the neighbors property. Spoke to Randy about the issue with no success. Just blank apologies of not realizing the property line and they wanted to avoid damaging the neighbors cable line. He offered to send someone to rake it out. They drove a large truck thru the yard and track machines. Very poor business practice if you ask me.

My cat got stuck in a tree 30 ft in the air. Basically not a lot of options but to call an arborist/ climber to retrieve him due to location and uneven grounds (not safe for ladders). It was also a slightly rainy day which made it more challenging to find help. After 2 hours and 20 phone calls (fire trucks, animal control, other tree companies) Marcos was one of the few people available and he retrieved my scared, wet, and tired cat in less than 5 mins. This is the man and company to call!

5 stars for R & R Tree Service. This 2-man crew had amazing skills, not only climbing my 80 tree with dexterity, but skills with saws, ropes, teamwork and backing heavy equipment up my steep curvy driveway first try. They dropped the tree down in steps and took measures to lower heavy branches with ropes and make logs fall flat to avoid creating divots in the yard. They took no breaks, stuck with it till the job was done and cleaned up afterward. The stump grinder came a couple days later. That, too, was a nifty piece of equipment. It looked like a small tank but completely operated by remote control. Beginning to end, my experience with R&R has been favorable. Tree removal is not cheap, but their quote was very reasonable.
