        This is the worse place ever!!! Dont waste your time. Its care center but not urgent. If youre having an emergency you will be dismissed because they dont have appointments available for you.

        It was an alright place, got in and out fairly quick, the receptionist didnt greet me I did have to talk to her first and ask all the questions. Also was no doctor but was not horrible overall.

        Relatively quick and easy process to get signed in (did it online). The medical attention was professional and efficient. No complaints.

        I would like to start by saying I didnt have to wait. I made an appointment online, I signed in using the app. Once I entered into the building, I had to answer about 5 questions and they called me to the back. I was triaged and then the provider came in to see me. I was even able to get my prescription filled there. I cant say anything other than EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you.

        I went to the Piedmont urgent care center in Buford, Ga. Had an appointment at 11:45 got there 11:40 nobody in the waiting room and didnt see any patients. They took me right back immediately and took vitals and put me in an exam room. Waited around 30 minutes for the nurse practitioner or whatever she was to come in. She didnt introduce with her name or what she was. She spent maybe 20 seconds, 25 tops telling me I was getting a shot and some meds then left without asking if I had questions. I do expect more professionalism from urgent care centers. If you go hope you have a better experience.
