Very disappointed. No customer service, no follow thru, no accountability, no product after paying over $4k for a installation a month ago. Purchased carpet for my entire home the first week in Nov. Paid and waited. The install was set up and as the installers started the work they realized the sitting room off the master was not included so they quickly started calling to make it right. I was informed I needed to call to pay for additional material that there was an error in the measurements. So I did. We are now in the first week of December ... no carpet. No contact. And I have called the store several times and had rude service, non chalant comments and empty promises. I've paid over $4,000 for this project and can not believe that what i thought was a reputable company is actually just blown me off. The carpet that was installed is beautiful and I've had several friends ask where I got it ...but please save yourself the trouble. I called again a week ago for a possible install date i was told that they were sorry and it would be escalated. .and Monday I would receive a call and this would be set up. It's Friday with no call. I guess it's time for a refund and find a competent company. BBB is my next step. Holly Springs Home Depot I hope does not represent the company standards. Purchase with caution.
