Update : I was overcharged by an employee for a mobile phone tax in this location company. I have been coming to this company to ask for the money back, but this "manager" I think she is a liar, because the manager said that I was not the first to be overcharged The customer who received the money, then she should have overcharged a lot of money from the customer and did not return it to others, and kept shirk informed the responsibility and calling the customer .The customer service also did not admit to overcharging, and I also showed the record to the manager, and they did not admit it. In order not to be deceived, I suggest that you do not do any money-related business with companies in this place. They won't refund money, I have been using their company for more than ten year I'm really disappointed when they treat their return customer service like this. I disputed from my bank with overcharged by Verizon after Verizon company told me go dispute to bank get my money back ,but my money still had been over charged by Verizon ,Never come back my account. My means 144 dollars isnt lot of money ,but it is very disgusting thing . Today , Verizon seller went to my businesses tried to convince my business to use Verizon . What reason should I used bad customer service and management company instead of my old company ? Conclusion, this is small mistake by Verizon employee , but Verizon big company wasnt give a right ,empathy attitude to treat an upset costumer .

This place has the worst costumer service imaginable. I stopped to purchase a new otter box cover for my iPhone 13 pro. After waiting my turn to be seen, I was told there werent any in the front of the store, and they would check to see if they had any in the back. After 30 minutes of waiting, and noticing the original person that came to help me had moved on to another customer, I gave up and left the store. Maybe my Trump 2024 hat had something to do with it?
