        I purchased my daughter in law a 200 Chrysler sedan in June 2023 the car has been in the shop 3 or 4 times sense and is in the shop now the salesman that sold us the car had only been there 3 days and left just a few days after I purchased the car .. I am fed up never again will I purchase another car from shottenkirk in canton ga again

        DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!! This company is known for selling lemonsPieces of junk they made look nice on the outside for a quick sell. Knowing the vehicles have numerous issues they fail to mention to the consumer before being purchased. Horrible place of business and horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and just avoid this place at all costs.

        I drove an hour away for a car that was not on the lot. I was even called the night before to confirm the appointment and told the car would be ready to be test driven. Im not sure if this is a tactic to get you on the lot to purchase another vehicle instead as I was offered another vehicle but the price was a significant difference. The car is still listed on their website which indicates it is on the lot and I was verbally told it was there! They could have at least told me it was not there and I wouldnt had driven an hour away. Do better guys
