I have gotten my eye brows done here since a little girl. I live out of town and came in to visit for a very important day. The new lady did them who was so sweet but she shouldn't be in eyebrows no shape what's so ever and uneven when I corrected her she didn't do anything to really fix them. I told my cashier she said ya I got mine done by her too and I didn't like them but do you want to leave your tip on your card or what didn't even ask me what I wanted to do. I called customer service they said I'd hear within 3 days nothing. I'm a single parent and eyebrows is the only self care I partake it so to pay 30 days and it look like my one year old did them is so sad.

I don't shop Ulta often so no need for a rewards card. I went to check out and the cashier asked for the number related to my rewards. When I told her I didn't have one she yelled across the store and asked if anyone wanted my points so they weren't wasted. She treated me like I was an idiot for wasting points. She caused a scene then I had to wait until other lady to walk to the front of the store so she could get my points. It was inappropriate and rude. I should have left. I won't be going back to this location.

Showed up last night at 8pm after looking on the website and the store hours said they closed at 9pm. There was a sign outside the door stating the store closed at 9pm as well. There was also a paper stating different holiday hours but the date I went was not stated on that paper. When I tried to open the door it was locked and the workers rudely yelled through the glass door and made dramatic faces at me when I asked about when the store closed. I am very unhappy with this experience and I will not be back.
