So, I had a set of front soffit lights (approximately 8) with 2 up lights (shining on porch columns) installed up front. I also had 2 larger spotlights added to the left and right upper corners of the home around February 2022. In less than 60 days one of the front soffit lights stopped working and they discovered the connector was bad and they replaced this. Approximately 1 year later (give or take a week or so) one of the rear spotlights started flickering and turns on but really dimly as if the bulb is shorting. I have reached out to the contractor twice to repair or replace and have not heard a peep back. I even told them if there was charge I was fine with that but I need this light replaced. I would imagine that 11 months or so is a very short time for low voltage lighting to start burning out. When it was time to do the job I heard back from them every day but now that I need a repair.....crickets.
