I feel that insurance agents must engage and respond in a meaningful and valuable way with clients and even with potential new clients. This place does not. My guess is that my quote may have come back much higher than expected but that's no excuse to not follow up even after I was trying to get an update for days. Very unprofessional!

I canceled the insurance after two weeks and two months latter i am still being charged for the insurance. The agent David Cook will not return any of my phone calls, emails or text messages. Very unprofessional.
