        Joshua & his team are hands down the BEST! In my experience with lenders, they can absolutely make or break a transaction. With the knowledge & ability to get creative with financing, Joshua had my buyer preapproved with several options in hand. My client was extremely pleased as a first time home buyer & that is what I strive for. My client had red flags with a previous realtor and lender, and thankfully, Joshua & I were able to show her how it should be done. Its so important for the agents, lender, and attorneys to work well together, so Joshua is one of my go-tos! If he says he can do it, he CAN! He doesnt make promises that he cannot keep & that is super important.
