I cant say enough positive things about this business.. as a small business owner myself, these guys are incredible. Kyle was my technician and went ABOVE and beyond. Communication was clear as to what he was expecting vs what could happen. I own a landscape company and pray that I find guys like Kyle. He genuinely cared about how he carried himself and the work he did. You just dont find guys like that anymore. Ray, Kyle needs a raise!!!! I will forever recommend Rays because of Kyle.

Ray's Septic Service is by far the best septic service to use, honest, knowledgeable and professional all the way. They also guarantee their work. We had Ray's come out to repair our field line and pump our tank. Kyle and Tyler were awesome and kept us informed of everything. Kyle and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable, they also went into detail on what we need to do to keep our system functioning properly to avoid damage or costly repairs. One of the guys from Rays came out when my septic tank high level alarm light wouldnt shut off. He checked all the key components (pump, distribution box, floats, etc) and helped me understand that the problem was with the sensor, not the system itself. I did NOT get hit with a huge bill for stuff I didnt need. From now on Rays Septic is my Go To for any septic issues. Service: Sewer repair
