Timothy is a really nice guy who seems like he knows what he's doing. However, he took more than 6 months "working on a job" that should have taken no more than a couple of weeks (which actually had to be finished by a different plumber because we couldn't wait any longer). He sends guys to a job that arrive unprepared then for some reason it takes both guys to go to Home Depot instead of one guy while the other keeps working, then they may or may not come back and do any work. Then there's weeks that go by when Timothy can't be reached by his guys or by us, and no one comes back to do any work. Then he will work for a day and then goes MIA for several more weeks, doesn't answer texts or calls or emails.

Called Saving Grace for a hot water heater problem. They sent someone over quickly and replaced the heater at a fair price. Very clean and respectable workers . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Timothy and his crew did a great job replacing cast iron drains at our house! They accommodated us at a short notice and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Timothy even went as far as doing an extra test to isolate problems instead of just replacing pipes - really appreciate him doing the right thing, even if that couldve meant a smaller job. Will certainly be referring our friends to Timothy for any plumbing needs!
