Unsatisfactory response to damaged equipment that I had to pay additional money to someone else to fix. The professionals that worked on the piece to fix it, said that it looks like a manufacturing flaw. I will not order from them again.

They are indeed a form of discrimination even though they say they are not ! They turned me down because I know someone else who works there and if it's company policy then the couple that works for them regardless of them being on separate sides one of them should have gotten fired when the company realized! Take 1 good lawsuit and I bet you will follow you're very own rules you're company made..

Superior has been in Carrollton for a long time, and a lot of wonderful people work here. Great local employer!

The company name is actually Inferior Recreational products. They do not stand behind their product. The attached picture is a visible defect we reported on a Solar shade they sold us. We were told to buy a replacement at their cost. This is a routine workmanship issue that they are trying to blame on the customer.
