Fantastic experience renting a storage space for my son who attends UWG. The check- in and move-out process was streamlined and so easy. Additionally, they were the politest and friendliest business Ive dealt with in quite some time!! From easy payment setup and great communication to secure access to a clean and convenient storage space. we highly recommend West GA storage. We will be renting a unit again in near future!

Place was good but I the fact that they prorate the rent to when you store your belongings and dont do the same when you move them out is a scam to me!

Storage units are all the same. They are only big complexes of small metal buildings no matter where you go. What makes a place great is the staff. I've had a unit a West Ga Self Storage for while and just transferred units to the new facility. Kathleen Levy has answered the phone everytime I've called and has been super polite and professional. My experience has been great. I don't write reviews often, but felt I needed to this time. Thank you for making things easier in the storage world.

The staff were very friendly and informative throughout my rental period. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some extra storage space.
