I had an appointment to get an estimate for damage on my door. Fortunately, it wasnt deep enough that it would need major repairing. Without asking me to make an appointment to bring it back, they immediately took my car to the shop and buffed it out!! Beyond satisfied with the service. The ladies in the office are very nice as well!!

The lady at the front desk, Faith, was amazing. Great personality and wonderful customer service. The staff, technicians, and estimator, were also very easy to speak to & understanding in the ways they spoke me through everything and explained to me. They were all such great people and deserve a raise!! Amazing team & place! Definitely recommend.

Extremely rude front desk women. My husband went in to inquire about receiving an estimate as I have used them before to have a vehicle fixed and he was treated extremely poorly. Had every intention of using them, but wont be now because of their behavior.

Rose and the whole front office were kind and communicative. They answered all my questions and I never had to wait long on the phone. Thanks for making a terrible situation not so terrible. Your professional and caring attitudes really can mean a lot when a person is facing major repairs or possible total loss on a vehicle.

I was hit by a run underage driver with no insurance... I still don't have my vehicle.. I have been given date after date after date after date.. I am now paying out of my pocket to have a rental vehicle!. My son now will no longer have a good Christmas!.. wrong parts were order or just delivered wrong or whatever!.. they "said they are not resonsible or accountable for the wrong parts".. At this point I am the only one who losing and I am the victim.. my INS did get me a rental they paid for 34 days... 4 of those were extra days!..
