I took a car i was interested in buying there for an inspection. After the inspection i got the all clear and was even told the car was in great condition and all Id need is new rotors soon. So i bought the car the same week. 1 week after i bought the car my oil light came on. I had no oil in the car at all. Bone dry. So either on a basic PPI they didnt check the oil levels, or they failed to see that the car is leaking/burning insane amounts of oil. Fast forward 3 weeks, Ive had the car for 1 month, Ive put 9 quarts of oil in the car in one month as it keeps running out, and my check engine light has come on twice. Im not sure what the inspected when they looked at this car but i could be out 15000 because i trusted them

My insurance company paid Garrett over 12 thousand dollars to fix my f350. It was never the same. A year later it is a total loss and Garrett would not stand behind the work. RUN from this company. I have had several people who since reviewed the truck and the case tell me to sue. Truck went exactly 1500 miles after all that work and I am having to pay off the $8,000 balance because Insurance can no longer cover it. It is sitting on my farm doing nothing while I pay down $500 a month. He told Allstate he would stand behind it for life and then he wouldn't even stand behind it for a year. I think he's a crook

The people there are professionals, not only are they very friendly but they know their stuff really well. I had issues with my car and two flat tires and they fixed it up the next day.

I came to this location based upon their reviews, and I am so happy that I did! It was obvious that they were busy. I'm on crutches and needed to get back to S.C. The owner not only test drove my vehicle, but he was able to diagnose the main issue, order the parts, and had me on my way in no time. I needed a coil and plug for my Expedition. The wait was pleasant. The young lady at the front was very kind and helpful! Price was reasonable and very fair for last-minute service!
