I had fantastic experience at Willys Garage. As someone from Florida, I was in quite the predicament when my car suddenly broke down. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this hidden gem of an auto repair shop, and from start to finish, they were an absolute 5-star establishment. Rosie, the woman who runs the front desk, is a true gem herself. She exudes kindness and is incredibly well-spoken. What truly sets her apart is her extensive knowledge about cars. She didnt just treat me as another customer but took the time to explain in detail what my car needed, helping me understand every aspect of the repairs required. Whats even more commendable is that she didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary costs, something you dont often find in the industry. The entire team at Willys Garage went above and beyond to work with me on the cost of the necessary repairs, offering a great deal and options that was truly appreciated. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service left me thoroughly impressed. If I had my way, Id wish Willys Garage were in Florida, so I could continue to rely on their exceptional service. I cant recommend this place enough to anyone in the area. Willey has serviced our vehicles for years. They are honest, reliable and stand behind what they do. I have had quotes from them to find they charged less than the quote because labor took less time. I give them 6 stars. They go above and beyond.

These guys have worked on 2 of our cars now and Ill keep recommending them to family and friends. They give fair quotes compared to others in the area and are honest and quick about turnaround as well as good at working with you when they check on the real issues.
