        Have been a customer for a few years now and Mike is the best there is .hands down ! Never have to worry bc he knows his cars..and takes the time to explain everything...I love that lol and really takes pride in doing the most to make sure every customer has a guaranteed pleasant experience!!       Hello luke, I want it to be clear this is not a standerd oil change this was for a F-350 diesel truck that requires 15 quarts of oil and you also requested MotorCraft Oil & Filter. here at CARS it is never our intension to overcharge, and if somehow it happens I want to be aware of it, I have reveiwed your invoice and spoke with the tech who did the work. I also used Repair Pal to see the national average for your oil change is between $265 and $296 here is a link https://repairpal.com/estimator/ford/f-350-super-duty/oil-changeost#:~:text=The%20average%20cost%20for%20a,factor%20in%20your%20unique%20location. None the less I do see that our labor was a bit high and for that you are welcome to come in for a refund of $30 or we can credit it for futer service, either way I hope this resolves any issues you may have. Your Feed back is greatly appreciated.
