Beware the diagnostic fees, and the fee to even process your bill is the icing on the cake.

Did the work, just beware all the add on diagnostic fees, and check out fee. What the heck is a check out fee, hes got to receive payment right? Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car in today for some maintenance required at 100K miles due to K.O. Automotive was destroyed by fire. I had made an appointment 2 weeks earlier. Service was great and you want find a more honest person than Jeff Eller. Their work is impeccable. Jeff called to let me know I needed wiper blades and gave me a choice of less expensive or better blades that cost a little more. My vehicle was ready within a few hours and he even offered to take me home and pick me up, but I live close by so I walked. I had used his shop quite a few years ago and was pleased with his service at that time. Highly recommend!!
