Hate to see this location closing down. They always had quality shoes at fair prices. Got some really good deals at their moving sale. Now we'll just have to go shopping in Rome or Calhoun to take advantage of their good deals.

Finally decided to check out Diprimas after hearing so much about the selection, drove 40 minutes, only to find empty shelves. The girl there said the store was closing, and all their work boots were at Rome or Calhoun, told her sure would have been nice to know before I drove 40 minutes, she just chuckled.

Went back today to return shoes from xmas present and was told it was past 30 days so couldnt return. I explained that I had the gift receipt and had not been able to come sooner due to family emergency in NC. Woman (Manager) said that you have to return in 14 days for refund and can only exchange within 30. I explained that I wasnt looking for a refund but store credit so that I could select something else because the shoes didnt fit and I couldnt wear them. She Still refused. I Asked if anyone else could help and she said it is a family store and thats just the way it is! I told her my daughter had ovarian cancer surgery and I was back and forth to NC and again asked if there was another person / owner I could ask because I cant even wear the shoes. She said I could ask the Calhoun store but they will tell me the same thing. Cant believe they have such a bad policy in place!!!
