Tried to make a payment to help someone and Jamie declined to allow me to make a payment.

I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional behavior. They discussed my account information with someone else. They refused to pick up the appliances at my old address. I requested them to get the appliances a week ago and they tell me it's going to be another 2 weeks? I would not recommend this Aaron's unless you want them to give out your information with others. Best advice - Go somewhere else.

I have rented from this store for years in my ex's name, just to clarify, but that doesn't really matter, and now due to unforeseen circumstances and I can only make a partial payment they REFUSE my money. They advertise that they will work with you but not even a month behind and they want to come get their high priced refrigerator.
