        Tonight, April 2, we came from Ky and decided to rest because we have to continue to Fl tomorrow. I cant believe what the front desk manager told me about my call when i entered the room and the stinky smell of cigarette hit my face, she told me: we are fully booked, come down and pick some spray She was mean, disrespectful, and seems she didnt care at all. Is the quality goes down of the Hilton as this lady answered me this unbelievable thing? Is the Super 8 best or the same level? We are very, very disappointed! Hilton chain? Good lobby, old bathrooms and they seems to never clean up the carpet. So mad. I hope somebody answers this complaint. Rooms: Smells cigarette!!!!! disgusting!!!!! and the solution of the front desk manager was: come down and pick some spray!!!! Unbelievable!!

        Hotel is nice but very disappointed with the service. Check-in is 3:00pm, arrived after 4:00pm and didn't get my room until around 5:30pm. Pretty ridiculous to wait that long.
