        They are great at responding to your calls quickly if unable to answer or give an answer at the moment which is important to me when I give someone my money lol. I wish the prices were lower, but because of todays economy I dont think its possible. Rudy has been amazing though helping me figure out what the best deals are for my plan and helped me save money with the Drive app and a couple other things online.

        I used t lo have policy with Allstate few years ago and I switched to a different company few years ago which I am ok with. Received mail from this office with X amount of money if I switch to them. Called today to get details regarding this quote and they said i am not eligible for X reason. I am glad they said so because it seems that they want my money only as long as no previous incidents and they are probably wants zero incidents in the future .All insurance companies are the same except for 2: Geico and State Farm.

        Sent us some mail about saving on home owners insurance. Wife called to inquire about it and was told they would only offer us insurance if we bundled auto insurance with it. well we still have our money and they don't have a customer. 1star for wasting our time. Hope they don't waste yours.

      We apologize that your quoting experience wasn’t everything you expected.Unfortunately, there are some circumstances where “bundling” is arequirement to qualify for insurance coverage. This is true for most insurance companies, not just Allstate.
