        Avoid this place at all costs they will take about 4 hours to load you and will lie about your check in time so make sure you look at the paperwork

        Rigid shipping office staff, poor customer service, avoid this place. Rude staff wouldn't let me check in 10 min early. Unprofessional!

        All good but its way way slow. They do talk about appointment time but they just waste time and loading plans are incorrect so after waiting more than 3 hours the driver next to me come back with over weigh on Drive axle

        Unloading process is time consuming back into the door wait for them to see if the seal is still attached to the trailer.
