Office staff is TERRIFIC! Short wait time, the woman who did my procedure was professional and skilled. My only complaint is that I can not get infusions done at an office closer to my home in Ellijay.

1st Visit; all of the staff were very friendly and professional. The Med Asst was especially good with my intake session and getting all my preliminary stuff done. APRN Brandi Knight was nothing short of superb! I had a medical problem and both her and the Med Asst treated me with total respect and I felt I was in the best of care. Next visit in another month will be with Dr. Jeff Proctor and I'll see where I go from there. Great practice for sure! Thx!

Nursing staff is really nice and professional. Had test today and I felt like I really botched it but nurse made me to feel it was normal. She probably had a good laugh after I left but held it together while I was there.

Brandi made me feel comfortable and that my situation was her main concern. She listened to my concerns and we discussed options and the steps I should take in deciding how to proceed. The receptionist at the front desk was helpful. Nurses were friendly and made you feel at ease. I highly recommended Brandi and her crew.

Recently I was examined by Dr Proctor after having a high PSA. He recommended a biopsy. This was something that I was not looking forward to! However, he performed the procedure in a very precise, gentle and professional manner that caused very little discomfort to me. Thank you, Dr Proctor and Dr Desai who I very highly recommend as urologists.
